Text

A widow entitled to a pension under this act may apply therefor to the board of chosen freeholders of the county. Upon proof satisfactory to the board of the facts entitling her to the pension, the board may fix the amount of the pension to be so paid as well as the date when the same becomes effective. L.1968, c. 45, s. 2, eff. May 22, 1968.
