§ 43:9A-8 — When effective and operative
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
This act shall take effect immediately, but shall remain inoperative until the first day of July succeeding the date of its enactment. L.1945, c. 281, p. 830, s. 8.
