§ 43:9A-7 — Abolition of office; change in title
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
No pension shall cease or become invalid by reason of the abolition of the office in which such person had previously served or any change in title. L.1945, c. 281, p. 830, s. 7.
