§ 43:9-37 — Pension in lieu of benefits under retirement system established by State or political subdivisions

New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Any pension payable under this act to a widow shall be in lieu of the pension and insurance benefits which would accrue to the said widow under any retirement system established by the State or any of its political subdivisions. L.1967, c. 10, s. 2, eff. March 13, 1967.
