§ 43:9-39 — Public employee defined

New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

For the purposes of this act, the term "public employee" shall be deemed to mean and include a person who has held an office, position or employment in county government. L.1967, c. 10, s. 4, eff. March 13, 1967.
