§ 38A:11-9 — Seizure of military property
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
Any officer of the militia charged with the care or custody of property of any organization of the militia may seize and hold any uniforms, arms, equipment or other military property of the Federal Government or of this State. L.1963, c. 109.
