Text

The Adjutant General shall secure and hold in custody the funds of disbanded organizations after settling such necessary obligations as may be presented for payment within six months after such disbandment. Whenever any disbanded organization shall be replaced within a year, the moneys shall be transferred by the Adjutant General to the new organization. If no new organization be organized within such year, the funds may be expended in such manner as he deems best. L.1963, c.
