Text
If any person at fault, or his surety, shall fail to pay the full value of the lost, damaged or destroyed property, the amount due may be deducted from any pay or allowances due or to become due to such person or it may be recovered by the methods prescribed by law for the recovery of moneys due the State or Federal Government in a civil court. L.1963, c. 109.
