§ 38A:11-13 — Military property exempt from process of law.
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
The uniforms, arms and equipment, and other military property of the United States or this State shall be exempt from every process of law, except as otherwise provided in the chapter. L.1963, c. 109.
