38A:11-10. Any municipal court or other court of competent jurisdiction, on complaint made by any officer of the militia charged with the care or custody of any military property, that any such military property is unlawfully withheld from him by any person within the jurisdiction of such court, and that the same is believed to be in a particular place specified in the complaint, shall issue to any sheriff, police officer or member of the State Police, a search warrant.
