Text

Any officer to whom military property of the United States or of this State is issued, or to whom public money is paid, or who holds and disburses any military funds, shall be required to give bond with surety conditioned faithfully to perform the duties of his office and to account properly for all property, moneys or funds received and disbursed by him. Such bonds shall be in amount, form and with surety satisfactory to the Adjutant General and filed in his office. The premiums thereon shall be paid by the State. L.1963, c.
