Text
(A)An individual holding a current, valid license issued under section4731.15of the Revised Code to provide massage therapy may provide massage therapy in a barber shop. An individual holding a current, valid license or certificate issued by a professional regulatory board of this state may practice the individual's profession in a barber shop if the individual's profession is authorized by rules adopted under section4709.05of the Revised Code to practice in a barber shop. An individual may provide cosmetic therapy in a barber shop if authorized by rules adopted under section4709.05of the Revised Code to practice in a barber shop.
