Text
When determining the total hours of instruction received by an applicant under section4709.07or4709.072of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board shall not take into account more than ten hours of instruction per day. The board shall take into account instruction received more than five years before the date of application for the license in accordance with rules adopted under section4709.05of the Revised Code.
