(A)The following individuals are exempt from this chapter, except section4709.091of the Revised Code, as applicable:
(1)All individuals licensed by this state to practice medicine, surgery, dentistry, or any branch of medicine, surgery, or dentistry, while acting within the scope of practice for the license, permit, or certificate held;
(2)Commissioned medical or surgical officers of the United States army, navy, air force, or marine hospital service, and attendants attached to the same, while acting within the scope of practice for the license, permit, or certificate held;
(3)Nurses licensed under Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code, while acting within the scope of practice for the license or certificate held;
