Text

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no individual shall do any of the following:

(A)Engage in the practice of barbering without one of the following:
(1)A current, valid barber license issued under section4709.07or4709.08of the Revised Code;
(2)A current, valid temporary pre-examination work permit issued under section4709.071of the Revised Code.
(B)Operate a barber shop without a current, valid barber shop license issued under section4709.09of the Revised Code;
(C)Except as provided in section4713.45of the Revised Code, teach or assist in teaching the theory and practice of barbering without a current, valid barber instructor or assistant barber instructor license issued under section4709.072of the Revised Code;
(D)Use or display a barber pole for the purpose of adve
