* § 1640-f. Residential parking system in the city of Auburn in the\ncounty of Cayuga.

1.Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the\ncontrary, the city council of the city of Auburn may, by adoption of a\nlocal law or ordinance, provide for a residential parking permit system\nand fix and require the payment of fees applicable to parking within the\narea in which such parking system is in effect in accordance with the\nprovisions of this section.\n 2. Such residential parking permit system may only be established\nwithin the area of the city consisting of the following roadways:\n Liberty Street, Cady Street, Lansing Street, Nelson Street, Park\nAvenue and Curtis Place, as well as Clark Street from State Street to\nGreen Street, Court Street from Westlake Avenue to Genesee Stree
