§ 1640-b. Residential parking system in the Corn Hill section of the\ncity of Rochester.

1.Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the\ncontrary, the city council of the city of Rochester may, by adoption of\na local law or ordinance, provide for a residential parking permit\nsystem and fix and require the payment of fees applicable to parking\nwithin the area in which such parking system is in effect in accordance\nwith the provisions of this section.\n 2. Such residential parking permit system may only be established\nwithin the Corn Hill neighborhood of the city of Rochester which shall\nmean that area generally bounded by Ford Street, Exchange Boulevard and\nthe Inner Loop.\n 3.
