§ 1640-C — Residential parking system in the city of Rye

§ 1640-c. Residential parking system in the city of Rye. 1.\nNotwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, the city\ncouncil of the city of Rye may, by adoption of a local law or ordinance,\nprovide for a residential parking permit system and fix and require the\npayment of fees applicable to parking within the area in which such\nparking system is in effect in accordance with the provisions of this\nsection.\n 2. Such residential parking permit system may only be established\nwithin the area of the city of Rye which shall mean that area generally\nbounded on the westerly side, by Blind Brook and Milton Harbor; on the\nsoutherly side, by Milton Point; on the easterly side, by Long Island\nSound; and on the northerly side, by the northerly side of Apawamis\nAvenue as extende
