§ 219. Assistance of other agencies.
1.To effectuate the purposes of\nthis article, the board may request and receive from any department,\ndivision, board, bureau, commission or other agency of the state or any\npolitical subdivision thereof or any public authority such assistance,\ninformation and data as will enable the office properly to carry out its\npowers and duties hereunder.\n 2. The board shall cooperate, consult and coordinate with the\nmetropolitan transportation authority inspector general with regard to\nany activity concerning the operations of the metropolitan\ntransportation authority. With respect to any accident on the facilities\nof the metropolitan transportation authority, the primary responsibility\nfor investigation shall be that of the board which shall share
