§ 219-a. Studies; surveys. In the accomplishment of the purposes of\nthis article, the board may undertake research and studies through its\nown personnel or in cooperation with any public or private agencies,\nincluding educational, safety research organizations, colleges,\nuniversities, institutes or foundations.\n
