§ 219-b. Grants or gifts. The board, with the approval of the\ngovernor, may accept as agent of the state any grant, including federal\ngrants, or any gift for any of the purposes of this article. Any moneys\nso received may be expended by the board to effectuate any purpose of\nthis article, subject to the same limitations as to approval of\nexpenditures and audit as are prescribed for state moneys appropriated\nfor the purposes of this article.\n
