§ 218. Periodic review of safety plans and standards. The board may\nreview and recommend to the public transportation operators and carriers\nchanges in safety standards, public transportation operating practices\nand safety plans. Public transportation operators and carriers shall\nreview such recommendations and inform the board, within ninety days,\nwhether or not the recommendations have been adopted. If the\nrecommendations have not been adopted, the operator or carriers shall\nset forth in detail the reason or reasons for not adopting the\nrecommendations.\n
