§ 210. Application of this article. The term "motor truck" as used in\nthis article shall be deemed to mean and include any commercial motor\nvehicle held and used for the transportation of goods, wares and\nmerchandise for hire or for a business purpose, pursuant to the rules\nand regulations of the commissioner. The term "motor bus" as used in\nthis article shall be deemed to mean and include any commercial motor\nvehicle held and used for the transportation of passengers for hire or\nfor a business purpose, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the\ncommissioner.\n
