PATENTS ISSUED BY GOVERNOR (EXCERPT) Act 83 of 1846 322.522 Patents; issuance in name of deceased person. Sec.
2.That whenever any purchaser, or assignee of any purchaser shall decease before application is made for any patent, such patent (if said lands are paid for) shall be issued in the name of such deceased person, and shall have the same effect as though it had been issued during the lifetime of such person.
