RECORDING DEEDS TO STATE AND OTHER EVIDENCES OF TITLE (EXCERPT) Act 12 of 1843 322.121 Deeds of conveyance to state; recording, registration. Sec.
1.That all deeds of conveyance to the state of any lands situated in this state or elsewhere, shall be recorded in the counties where the lands lie, and shall be duly registered and kept in the office of secretary of state of this state.
