AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE LANDS (EXCERPT) Act 140 of 1863 322.171 Agricultural college lands; control and management. Sec.
1.The state board of agriculture shall have the control and management of the care and disposal of the lands granted to this state by act of congress approved July second, 1862 providing for the endowment of colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the mechanic arts.
