RECORDING EVIDENCE OF TITLE (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1873 322.111 Conveyance of lands; approval; record, admissible as evidence. Sec.

1.When by any treaty or law of the United States it shall have been, or shall hereafter be required that permission or consent or approval of the United States be given to the lease, sale, alienation, or conveyance of any lands situate in this state, such permission, consent, or approval by the president of the United States to such sale, lease, alienation or conveyance, and the petition or prayer in writing soliciting that the consent, permission, or approval be made, may be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which the lands or any of them may be situated; and the record or a transcript of the record, certified by the register in w
