RECORDING DEEDS TO STATE AND OTHER EVIDENCES OF TITLE (EXCERPT) Act 12 of 1843 322.124 Other evidences of title; recording. Sec.

4.All other evidences of title, by which this state holds any lands shall be in like manner recorded in the office of the secretary of state, so that his office shall contain the whole collection of all the land titles of the state of Michigan.
