RECORDING DEEDS TO STATE AND OTHER EVIDENCES OF TITLE (EXCERPT) Act 12 of 1843 322.125 Plat of titles; secretary of state. Sec.
5.When the titles aforesaid are fully collected and arranged, the secretary of state shall cause the same to be platted in such a manner as to show them accurately and distinctly on such plats.
