RECORDING APPROVAL OF SELECTIONS OF LANDS (EXCERPT) Act 37 of 1848 322.102 Record or certified copy; evidence of title. Sec.
2.Such record or a transcript thereof, certified by the secretary of state, under his seal of office, shall be received in any court of this state, as evidence of title in the state, to any of the lands therein mentioned.
