RECORDING DEEDS TO STATE AND OTHER EVIDENCES OF TITLE (EXCERPT) Act 12 of 1843 322.123 Acts granting lands to state; collection, recording. Sec.

3.All acts and parts of acts by which any grants of lands have been, or hereafter may be made to this state, shall be collected and recorded in the record book aforesaid.
