AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE LANDS (EXCERPT) Act 140 of 1863 322.180 College lands; examining agents; expenses; payment. Sec.
10.Michigan state university shall certify from time to time to the state treasurer the amounts required for the services and expenses of examining agents and for the other expenses as may be necessary for the proper care and disposition of the lands described in this act and the state treasurer shall pay those amounts out of the general fund. All contracts and certificates of the board shall be signed by the treasurer of Michigan state university.
