§ 5-71-205 — Unlawful assembly

(a)A person commits the offense of unlawful assembly if he or she:
(1)Assembles with two (2) or more other persons; and (2) Has the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting a riot.
(b)Unlawful assembly is a Class C misdemeanor.
