Text

(a)(1) Any individual, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity that issues food coupons in a manner not authorized by federal law and regulations or state law and rules or that uses, transfers, acquires, possesses, or presents any food coupons for payment not authorized by federal and state law or federal regulations and state rules is guilty of a Class D felony.
(2)However, if the food coupons are of a value of less than one hundred dollars ($100), the individual, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(b)Any individual, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity that issues a voucher used in the federal Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in a manner not authorized by federal law and reg
