§ 5-53-105 — Perjury or false swearing - Oath

It is no defense to a prosecution under §§ 5-53-102 and 5-53-103 that:
(1)The oath was administered or taken in an irregular manner; or (2) The person administering the oath lacked authority to administer the oath if the taking of the oath was required by law.
