Text

As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Relevant medical record" means a medical record of a person charged with having committed a sex crime that contains information that may reveal a health risk to the victim; and (2) "Sex crime" means any offense described in § 5-14-101 et seq., except for a misdemeanor violation of sexual indecency with a child, § 5-14-110 , or § 5-70-101 et seq.
