§ 15-5-423 — Rehiring a retired member
Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 5 FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS·Art. 4 FIREMEN'S PENSION ACCOUNT REFORM ACT OF 1981
Rehiring a retired member under this article shall be in
accordance with the Wyoming Retirement Act, W.S. 9-3-415(g)
through (j).
