Text
Employment for temporary service shall follow the same procedure as for permanent employees, except in case of emergency. No emergency employee may continue in service for more than ninety
(90)days, and no reappointment or employment to the same
position at the end of the period is allowed unless the
emergency employee's name is certified by the commission as
provided in W.S. 15-5-108. The official making an emergency
employment shall report it to the commission within three (3)
days, giving the reason and the probable period of emergency.
