Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 15-5-407 (2026).
Text
Service or early retirement pensions shall be made to a retired
member for each month beginning with the month in which he is
eligible to receive such pension and ending with the month in
which he dies, unless an optional form has been elected in
accordance with W.S. 15-5-413.
