§ 15-5-406 — Survivor benefits
Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 5 FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS·Art. 4 FIREMEN'S PENSION ACCOUNT REFORM ACT OF 1981
The eligible surviving spouse or dependents of a member shall
receive a survivor's pension if the member dies from any cause
while in service.
