§ 15-5-314 — Penalties
Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 5 FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS·Art. 3 POLICEMEN PENSIONS AND DEATH BENEFITS
Any person who violates any provision of this article is guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine
of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisonment
for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
