§ 15-5-311 — Benefits terminated upon felony conviction
Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 5 FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS·Art. 3 POLICEMEN PENSIONS AND DEATH BENEFITS
If any person receiving any benefit from the fund is convicted
of a felony, the board shall order that the pension granted to
that person immediately cease, and he shall receive no further
pension allowance or benefit under this article.
