§ 15-5-310 — Examination of disabled retiree
Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 5 FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS·Art. 3 POLICEMEN PENSIONS AND DEATH BENEFITS
Any person retired for disability may be summoned by written
notice to appear before the board at any time thereafter for
examination as to his fitness for duty, and he shall abide by
the decision and order of the board with reference thereto.
