Text
The mayor is ex officio chairman of the board, and the members
of the board shall elect the other necessary officers. The
secretary of the board shall make annual reports to the
governing body on the condition of the fund, the receipts and
disbursements thereto, together with a complete list of the
beneficiaries of the fund, and the amount paid to each. The city
treasurer, from the records of his office, shall furnish the
secretary with any pertinent information needed to compile the
reports or to furnish the board with necessary information.
