Text
No officer or employee of a department shall discharge or change
the amount of compensation of any other officer or employee, or
promise or threaten to do so, for giving, withholding or
neglecting to make contributions or perform services for any
political purpose, nor shall any officer or employee solicit
political contributions from any civil service employee.
