§ 33-39-225 — Hearing
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 39 REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS·Art. 2 APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY REGISTRATION AND
The hearing on any charge of violation of W.S. 33-39-224 shall
be at a time and place prescribed by the board and in accordance
with the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
