Text
(a)This act shall be known as the "Certified Real Estate
Appraiser Act."
(b)Beginning July 1, 1991, it is unlawful for any person
to directly or indirectly engage in, advertise, conduct the
business of or act in any capacity as a certified real estate
appraiser for compensation within this state without first
obtaining certification as provided in this act.
