§ 33-39-110 — Classes of permits
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 39 REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS·Art. 1 CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISER ACT
(a)There shall be the following classes of permits for
certified real estate appraisers and temporary certified
appraisers:
(i)Certified residential real estate appraiser
classification shall consist of those persons meeting the
requirements for a permit relating to the appraisal of
residential real property of one (1) to four (4) units;
(ii)Certified general real estate appraiser
classification shall consist of those persons meeting the
requirements for a permit relating to the appraisal of all types
of real property;
(iii)A certified appraiser trainee is authorized
only to assist a certified general or residential appraiser in
the performance of an appraisal assignment;
(iv)A temporary certified appraiser is authorized
only to act in accordance with the terms of the temporary
permit
