Text
(a)Any person who desires to engage in the practice of
certified real estate appraisal in this state or to practice as
a certified appraiser trainee shall make application, in
writing, on forms prescribed by the board.
(b)Fees, as fixed by the board, shall accompany all
applications for original permits, renewal permits, examinations
and other applications authorized under this act.
(c)Each applicant for a certified appraiser trainee,
certified residential or general permit shall have reached the
age of majority.
(d)An application for a permit under this act shall be
accompanied by fingerprints and other information necessary for
a criminal history record background check as provided under
W.S. 7-19-201, excluding applications for temporary permits.
