§ 33-39-213 — Limitations
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 39 REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS·Art. 2 APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY REGISTRATION AND
An appraisal management company registered in this state
pursuant to this article shall not enter into any contract or
agreement with an independent appraiser for the performance of
real estate appraisal services unless the appraiser holds an
appraiser certificate in good standing.
